影樓出租服務

 

- 請注意本工作室位於大廈頂樓，電梯不能直達，需行樓梯一層。

   You need to walk up one flight of stairs from 16/F to our studio,  elevators cannot reach to 17/F directly.

　

- 每次租用最少３小時, 不足３小時亦計算為３小時。

   Studio rental minimum booking is 3 hours, for clients using our studio for less than 3 hours will be counted as the same rate of 3 hours

 

-  如租用時間為早上9點前或晚上11點後，需每小時額外收費 $100

    Extra $100/ hr will be added If the rental is before 9am or after 11pm

 

- 如同一租場時段內進行攝像及攝錄，收費會以”攝錄”環節收費

   If client working on photography and videography in the same booking session, charge will treat as “Video usage” category

- 租戶同一天使用場地時，需以連續小時計，本場地不設”中場休息” 或"分段時鐘'出租。各下請不要以不同名字預約但為同一使用者使用； 一經 發現，本影室會即時終止各下使用，已收的定金亦不會退回

 When using our studio in the same day, user should rent in the time continously. We don’t provide “break” or “separated session”  for you.      Please DO NOT try using other name to make the booking, but the same party using it. Once we find, we will terminate your usage      immediately and deposit won’t be refunded.

 

- 請先付總金額的50%訂金以確認租場申請，餘額於租用當天收取。客戶如有需要，可於租場日5天前更改租用日期及時間一次，否則不能更 改。所有訂金一經收取，一律不會退回

  50% of the total rental fee is to be paid as deposit and confirmation of the booking, balance to be paid after the date of usage, all    outstanding or remaining balance need to be settle on the date of scheduled booking. Deposits are not refundable. Reschedule is allowed 5  days prior to the scheduled date and no extra would be charged, otherwise all confirmed bookings are considered final.

 

- 請準時到場，租場以客戶預約時間起錶計算，如超時 15分鐘當一小時計算，結束時間以客人離開影樓時計算。請預備足夠現金付款。不接受 事後過數、支票、信用咭、EPS 。

  Please arrive our studio on time, session will start at the customer requested booking time. If work /Job can't be finished on time you may    add extra hours if current scheduling and prior booking is available and allowed. 15 mins over the supposed booking would also be  considered as 1 hour. 

 

- 如要使用本影樓之”PARABOLIX 45”反射罩或綠幕布，每件需額外收取$100/hr 使用費，租用綠幕請於使用前5天通知。客戶請申請租用，一但 接納租用，無論使用多久，亦以當天整個租場時間計算。

  For using our “PARABOLIX 45” modifier or Green Screen (Chroma Key) Screen, we will have an extra charge $100/hr per item. Customer  please request the green screen booking  5 days prior in advance. Once confirming these equipment , hourly charges will count same as  the the time of the whole session which how long you use the studio on the day. 

 

- 租場不會提供 “電腦"及"LCD TV”  

  We don’t provide computer and LCD TV.

 

- 如要求無縫背景牆重新塗上白色地漆需收費$3,000。

   Request repaint our cyclorama floor will be charged $3,000/time.

 

- 進入 “白色”  拍攝區域時請注意鞋底清潔,  請自備濕紙巾抹鞋底，如未能遵守以上守則導致地面昏黑，本影樓會收取 $3000 重塗地面費 。

   Production crew who enter cyclorama area please make sure the Shoe sole is clean, or  you can bring along with wipes to clean the sole .    For those who do not follow the above rules and caused our studio shooting area dirty, we will charge $3000 as the repainting fee.

 

-  租場不包括 "打燈服務" 、 "攝影師" 及 “攝影服務"，請自備攝影師。

   No lighting setup/ photographer/ production service provided for studio rental booking.

 

-  本影室只提供燈具安裝服務，如需聘用拍攝助手佈燈服務，收費如下：

   攝影： $800/４小時，$1500/ 8 小時，攝錄： $1500/４小時，$2800/ 8 小時

   We will ONLY provide equipment set-up for user, further professional assistant lighting service will be charge as follow 

   (Photography: $800/4hrs，$1500/ 8hrs，Videography： $1500/4hrs，$2800/ 8hrs

 

-  拍攝相片或影片可向我們查詢報價

   We do also provide photography or videography services. Message us for quotation.

 

-  如器材損毀，照價賠償。  

   Compensation is needed for those who damages our equipment

 

-   請保持地方清潔，如弄污地方需繳付$800清潔費

    Please keep our space clean, $800 cleaning fee will be charged for those who does not comply the proper use our studio.

 

-   請好保管各下隨身如有物品，如有財物損失，本會恕不負責

    Please take care of your belongings, we would not be responsible for any lost item.

 

-   請善用本環境，如發覺非正確使用本場地，本會有權終止各下使用

    Studio would have the right to cancel your scheduled booking if not complying to our T & C.
